Reservations: 
All orders are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Due the amount of hours required for each work, we are limited on the number of orders we can accept per week. Contact us, as soon as possible, to confirm availability for the date you need. 

Order acceptance is confirmed only when we receive 60% deposit for your cake.

Design:
We don't replicate any cake designs. We can use inspiration from other cake artists, but we will work to make your cake unique for
you.
Once we selected the final design, during the decoration process, and the cake start becoming a piece of art, we reserve the right to make small changes to the number of sugar pieces, add some details, always preserving the customer’s original idea.

 

Any changes made to the order design or size, must be made at least 5 days before delivery and are subject to additional charges.

 

Allergies:  

Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, nuts, or other allergens. You agree to notify your guest of this risk.

Delivery:

Due to the delicacy of my products, I provide free delivery within Sentosa. Delivery to any other location in Singapore is available at an extra charge.

At the time of delivery you will be provided with instructions on how to preserve the cake in good condition (due to weather conditions), from this point on you assume all responsibility. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.

If you choose to transport the cake by a taxi service, you take responsibility to co-ordinate with him, assist him at arrival, pay him at deliver, etc.

Cancelations:

If your order is cancelled more than 7 days before your event, we will reimburse your deposit. SGD35 will be charged as administration fee.

If your order is cancelled between 7 to 5 days before your event, we can either reimburse 50% of your deposit or postpone your order for a future date. SGD35 will be charged as an administration fee.

There will be no deposit back for cancellations and not postpone order made less than 5 days.

The price of work done in advance for your cake, will be deducted from your deposit. (e.g: figures, flowers, etc)

The remaining 40%, and extra charge if applicable, must be paid before or not later than the scheduled pick up time.

 

Pictures: 

We do photograph our cakes and reserve the right to use those photo for display or promotion in social media without any compensation to you.

 

Number of slices:

Cakes come in many different sizes, shapes, and configurations. Sometimes it is difficult to know the exact numbers of portions. Is not the same to have a cake 5 cm tall that one 12 cm tall in the traditional round shape as a sculpted animal. 

 

The type of cake used also will determine the number of portions cut, for example, traditional fruit cake is very firm and can be precisely cut into very small pieces.

 

As well, consider:

Are you going to offer additional food and sweet treats?.

Do you want that the guests take a little pice of your cake, to their home?

Do you prefer small pieces (weeding cake 2.5 * 5 cm), or bigger slices (party size 5 * 5 cm)?
