Baking Dreams specializes in fondant cakes so for the weather in Singapore it is advisable to always keep the cake indoors within an Aircon area to avoid melting. If your party is outdoors, bring out the cake just minutes before cutting it.

How long in advance should I place my order?

As soon as possible. The sooner the better to reserve your slot on our baking calendar.

Question 3

How much I need to pay as deposit?

Accepted Answer

A deposit of 60% is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full prior to delivery.

How much does a dream-cake cost?

The price for a  handcrafted and custom designs varies depending on the size, flavors, shape, complexity of the design, etc. It is important that you send us this information, so I can contact you to understand your requirement and best fit a quotation.

My event is in less than 1 week and I need a cake, can Baking Dreams help me?"

If you require a cake on short notice, please, contact us.  Depending on our existing orders, we may be able to accommodate your order with a nice design that requires less days to dry.

Question 6

Can I change the selected design after placing my order?

Accepted Answer

Any changes pertaining to the order design or size, must be made at least 1 week before delivery.

Question 7

Can you make picture cakes or cupcakes?

Accepted Answer

Yes we can. For example: We can use a photo of your loved one, the family pet, a school group photo, etc. We can print in edible paper, and then create the sugar figures to make your cake look amazing.

Can I choose more than one flavor?

Accepted Answer

Off course you can. If the cake is for more than 30 people, we can bake with 2 flavors.

Question 9

I am interested in decoration classes. Are you offering a class?

Accepted Answer

In a near future, we can decorate the cake for that special person together. We will offer private cake and cupcake decorating lessons for individuals and small groups. Send me your email and phone number and I will contact you.

Question 10

I don't know how many guest will be attending. How do I know what size to order?

Accepted Answer

We understand. We offer total flexibility to change your order up to 1 week prior to event. To place the order, we estimate the size of cake needed and if you choose to lower or raise the final servings, price will be adjusted to the final balance. Remember that we make the quotations, estimating the number of hours working in your design, so, normally the price will not be decrease if you reduce a few number of slices.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We provide delivery service so you don't need to worry about it. Extra charges may apply.

Can you copy a cake design?

Accepted Answer

We prefer not copy cake designs. We can use inspiration from other cake artists, but I will work to make your dream unique.

Question 13

Can you use a false tier for my cake?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can. Just keep in mind that styrofoam needs to be decorated too so the cost will not be modified.

Of course I can. We love to be part of special moments. We will design, bake, decorate and deliver your cake as requested.
