As a mother, I am looking all the time to provide my family with fresh, healthy and yummy food. It was in 2007 when I decided to learn cooking and years later in 2013 when I started to bake and decorate my children’s and relatives’ cakes just for fun. Later on, people started to call me asking me to bake and decorate their cakes for special occasions; I started a cake decoration business “Un pedacito?” (a bit?) and engaged me in expanding my learning by attending many different courses with great teachers from the United States and Colombia.

The great advantage of this passion is that I can pack it and take it with me wherever I go. In 2016 me and my family moved to Singapore and after months of preparation, I decided to take my dream to the next level. I have put a lot of effort into developing a new name, a new image, and all the social media to make it available around the island. I introduced “Baking Dreams” by Carolina M.

All the recipes that I use, have an influence on the flavors of the countries I have had the opportunity to live in. I bake from scratch using only the highest quality, freshest ingredients available! In each cake I have decorated, I put my heart into it; because for me, it´s like I am doing it for my family, and I want each cake to be remembered with a sweet smile in the heart. I am looking forward to creating memories for that important day.

 

So far I helped create over 270 memories with new and coming back clients!. I am specialized in fondant cakes for birthdays, baby showers, religious events, holidays, school events, farewells, or simply to say "Thank You" or "I love you".

I thank my husband and children for inspiring and supporting me.

Now it is time for me to share this dream with you. I am curently in Mexico City, I have many new ideas, so please join me on this new adventure.
