Pre-requisite:
- Yes, I can decorate with fondant
- Beautiful cupcakes with edible paper, 2D and basic 3D figures.
What do you need to bring? Nothing. Only good attitude and desire to learn and have fun
Teaching method: 100% Hands-on
Objective: You will learn how to create 3D toppers that will take your decorations, to the next level. Later you can use them as part of a cake or cupcakes.
Group size: Maximin participants
Agenda
- Making gum paste from scratch
- Making modeling chocolate from scratch
- Building with fondant - create 3D shapes
- Modeling characters as Elephant, Leon, Giraffe, Duck
- Boat
- Unicorn 2D and 3D figures
Notes: This class is intended for Teens and Adults (must be at least 14 years old)
